How it works? 

When Supply List functionality enabled, "Import" and "Export" buttons will be available to your customers in the account portal.

Import screen has a sample CSV file that customers can use to import data and generate lists. Ask your customers to use the sample file to create their supply lists.

The app will read the file and generate the list, or if Order Forms are enabled, it will appear as order form.

When order forms are enabled, upon a CSV import the customer will see a bulk order form.


Customer can change the quantities to place an order, or just click add-to-cart to add the entire list to the cart.

How to enable Suppy Lists?

  1. Open the app in your Shopify admin panel
  2. Locate and select the Pasilobus Wishlist & Supply List app among the listed apps.
  3. Open settings in the app navigation.
  4. Within the app settings, look for and enable the Import/Export & Order Form settings.

How to replace sample CSV file?

Supply Lists in your Shopify store allow customers to import and manage their procurement needs efficiently using CSV files. Providing a sample CSV file can guide customers on how to format their data correctly for upload. Here’s how you can replace and update the sample CSV file:

Uploading Your CSV File
  1. Access Shopify Admin: Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. Navigate to Content Settings:
    • Click on Settings in the left sidebar.
    • Select Files under the Settings menu.
  3. Upload Your CSV File:
    • Click Upload files and select your sample CSV file from your computer.
    • Once uploaded, Shopify will provide you with a URL link to the file.
  4. Copy the File URL:
    • After uploading, copy the URL provided for your CSV file. This URL will be used to reference your sample file.

Updating the Sample CSV File URL
  1. Access Translation Settings:
    • In your Pasilobus Wishlist admin, navigate to Translations.
  2. Locate the URL Field:
    • Click on the language you want to edit. Scroll to find the field where you can input the URL for the sample CSV file. This field is typically labeled for instructional or guide purposes.
  3. Paste the File URL:
    • Paste the copied URL into the designated field. Ensure the URL is accurate and accessible.
  4. Save Changes:
    • Save your changes to update the sample CSV file URL effectively.
