We review your site’s SEO performance monthly and run accessibility audits every 2 months. This includes alt text checks, heading structure, page titles, and mobile-friendliness against WCAG benchmarks.

We scan for broken internal and outbound links monthly and fix or redirect any affected pages.

We optimize large images (JPEG, PNG, WebP) for performance and implement lazy loading where missing. This is checked as part of your monthly performance pass.

Every 2 months, we check your store across major device sizes to ensure layout consistency, touch targets, and mobile speed are intact.

We run malware scans, SSL checks, and review GDPR/CCPA compliance basics (cookie banners, data requests) quarterly, or more frequently on the Scale Plan.

Each quarter, we review product, cart, and landing pages to suggest ways to increase conversion—based on UX, messaging, and heatmap behavior (if enabled).

On demand: We’ll help configure apps, make minor visual or functional theme tweaks, or implement Shopify-native features like metafields or filters.

You’ll receive a clear summary of what we reviewed, what was fixed, and what we recommend next—delivered directly in your Control Panel.

For Optimize and Scale plans: Schedule a 30 minute call each month to discuss performance insights, roadmap prioritization, or new feature ideas.

If you’ve had a custom feature built by Pasilobus, we’ll continue to monitor and maintain it as part of your plan. This includes version compatibility checks, bug fixes, and theme integration support—so your feature keeps working as Shopify evolves.
